This website is run by an independent supplier of Qrife resonators in Australia and New Zealand ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form:

• your name and email address
• your country
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• anything you write in your message

Please don't include health information in your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, answer your questions, and arrange a purchase and delivery if you go ahead. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who handles it

Our website is hosted by Vercel, enquiries are delivered by an email service called Resend, and they arrive in our email account. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States, and handle it under their own privacy and security commitments. Our host also keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure. We keep your enquiry in our email account for as long as we need it to help you.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just send us a message using the enquiry form and we'll reply by email.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, send us a message using the enquiry form and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
